LOCAL DELIVERY

Designs by Sonya is located in Houston and delivers to the Greater Houston Area.

A flat delivery rate of $25.00 includes the North Channel Area. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $200.  Anything beyond this realm will incur a surcharge. Please confirm the delivery zip code for a more accurate cost. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday between 12:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you would like your delivery during a certain time frame, please specify this during check out under order notes. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please keep in mind delivery times are given as a window. However, we will do our best to accommodate specific needs.

  • Our flat delivery rate of $25 applies to deliveries within the North Channel Communities.  Including, but not limited to: Baytown, Channelview, Crosby, Generation Park, North Shore, Sheldon, and Summerwood. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $200.
  • For an additional surcharge, we also deliver to the Greater Houston Area, including, but not limited to: Bellaire, Clear Lake, Cypress, Downtown, Friendswood, The Galleria area, The Heights, Hunter's Creek, Katy, League City, Medical Center, Museum District, Memorial, Montrose, Piney Point, Pearland, Rice Village, River Oaks, Sugar Land, Tomball, Tanglewood, The Woodlands, & West University.

Once the shipping zip code is identified during check out, your delivery fee will be determined. Should you have questions pertaining to deliveries beyond this scope, please call at 281-620-5078 to speak with us directly.

During check out, please specify the recipients contact information to inform them when deliveries are in route. Please provide any specific information such as gate codes or special delivery instructions so that we can assure a successful delivery. Any designs that have to be re-delivered will be charged a re-delivery fee.

If the recipient is unavailable, please provide an alternate address, such as a neighbor. Otherwise, you authorize our delivery specialist to choose one of the following for delivery:

  • In the event that the recipient is not home, we will do our best to contact you.
  • Otherwise, we will use prior information obtained from you furnishing alternate options, such a safe spot on their doorstep or with a neighbor.
