Shipping Information:
Generally, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Packages leave the shop around 12:00 PM (central).
During our peak season (September-December), it is very busy and processing your order make take a little longer. It could be 48 to 72 hrs. I never make any substitutions in your items and try to contact you if I am out of something before shipping. This can delay getting a package out. If I have tried to contact you and have received no response, I will go ahead and ship the items available on your order and include a note that I was out of an item. etc. I will try to contact you by e-mail and/or phone.
Delivery times are based on the day order is shipped. For instance, 2-day shipping, means two business days after the order is shipped, not two days from the date the order was placed.
Shipping prices are based on weight and package size. Please note that when multiple items are placed in the shopping cart, the shipping can sometimes get skewed. If we are able to adjust your shipping down, we always will and will issue you a refund for the overage paid.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Free Shipping Policy
Please note that Free Shipping is only available for orders within the 48 contiguous Unites States. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO boxes and all other International destinations are excluded.
We offer one free shipping method on all orders over $100 before shipping fees, applicable taxes, and after discounts. The free shipping method available for your order will be the least expensive option available to us. Be aware that the free shipping method may be USPS Priority Mail or FedEx SmartPost, neither of which is advised for extremely time sensitive shipments because they are not guaranteed services.
Exclusion Brands and Products - Drop Shipped From Supplier
Christmas Trees, Select items and Select brands are not available for free shipping. Those items are noted as ... "Unavailable for Free Shipping". If you have one of those items in your cart, the entire order is not available for free shipping.
Advice: Place a separate order for those items or If the shipping cost seems extreme please contact us so we can give you a proper shipping quote.
